Leonardtown Library

Meeting Room 1

Founded in 2002, I Love to Write Day is about celebrating our love of writing and storytelling. Come spend time with local writers like yourself and work in a shared creative atmosphere.

November 15th is a day that any writer should celebrate and use to hone their skills, whether they're working on their next great novel or just freely writing to better express personal thoughts and ideas. In the words of I Love to Write Day founder, John Riddle, "when people become stronger writers, they become better communicators... and everyone wins!" Bring something to write on and enjoy snacks while sharing the space with creative members of the community like yourself. Prompts will be available for those who are interested or you can feel free to work on a project of your own.

Registration is not required, but will allow us to better estimate attendance. Please feel free to drop in at any time during the event and stay for however long you would like.
