Learn the ins and outs of food safety for home and community gardens. From the harvest itself to washing techniques and storage, food safety is essential to staying healthy. Learn it all from the experts at the University of Maryland Extension!

Take home some fresh produce from the LMPP Community Garden, harvested using the techniques taught in class!
