SMCHD will be providing community members with a variety of health department resources for programs.

They will provide information about tobacco cessation programs, free colon cancer screenings, colonoscopies, and mammograms programs, health insurance/Medicaid information, information about asthma programs, and so much more. Stop by and say hello - you'll get a chance to spin their trivia question wheel to learn more about how to stay healthy, and will be able to enter a raffle to win a free item! Enjoy learning more about how to take charge of you and your loved ones' health and wellness!
