Stephen Godfrey, Calvert Marine Museum Curator of Paleontology, will discuss the recent discoveries of active predation, scavenging, and failed predation by sharks in the fossil record!

This presentation will not only feature fossils showing a variety of interactions between sharks and cetaceans, seals, crocodiles, and other sharks, but will also give participants a look into the nearly 200 years of study conducted at Calvert Cliffs.
