Learn the basics of at-home canning with University of Maryland Extension Family & Consumer Sciences Educators! Dr. Deon Littles and Dr. Shauna Henley will review the food-safety considerations and necessary steps for canning food at home, and then demonstrate the boiling water canning method right here in the Library!
NOTE: This program will be repeated on Saturday, October 4th from 1:00-4:00pm. Please register for only the Monday session or the Saturday session.
