Join Shaniqua Cousins for a free interactive crockpot cooking demonstration!

Adults and children are invited to attend as this is a family-friendly event. Registration is limited and required. This event has two sessions in the same day; please register only once per family (e.g. The Johnson family). All families will receive a crockpot, recipe book, and various cooking tools to take home. 


This event is sponsored by the Healthy St. Mary's Partnership.
