Join Jenn Houck and Cathy Pierce of root SUP Fitness, in this 4 Part Series designed to teach you about the importance of Movement/Mobility, Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Building Strength.

Part 1: Movement/Mobility, Monday, September 14th

The first in this 4 Part Series will focus on the importance of Movement/Mobility.  There are many ways to incorporate gentle movement throughout your day.  How can you care for your joints so they don't ache as often?  What are some things you can do for your back/knees/shoulders?

Part 2: Nutrition, Monday, September 28th

Session two will focus on the importance of Nutrition.  We all know what to do, but doing it can be another thing entirely!  In this session we will discuss Mindful Eating and give you simple, real-life tips on eating (and preparing) solid, healthy meals.  Cooking for a busy family? Have multiple eating preferences in your house? Cathy and Jenn have tips for that too!

Part 3:  Mindfulness, Monday, October 19th

Session three will focus on the importance of Mindfulness.  Mindfulness has become a bit of a buzz word.  Cathy and Jenn will provide education on how to actually bring more peace and calm into your life by practicing awareness.

Part 4:  Building Strength, Monday, November 2nd

The fourth and final session will focus on the importance of Heart/Bone Health.  As we age it is important to care for our heart and bones properly.  Different ages require different exercises, guidelines, etc.  Do you know what you should be doing at your age for maximum heart/bone strength? It is never too late to start and you may be surprised at how "easy" it can be.

This series is the perfect way to gain valuable Fitness Education! The owners of root SUP and Fitness can help you learn about your body and what can help you Feel Good and Live Better!  Opportunities to have your fitness questions answered will be included throughout the sessions.
