Megan Grunewald earned her yoga teacher certification in 2015. She taught Hatha and restorative yoga classes for 4 years with a nonprofit studio in Columbus, Ohio before moving to Boulder, Colorado. She currently teaches online yoga classes and encourages her students to develop a home practice.

 

By attending virtual yoga class I agree to the following statements:
