Join us for a discussion with author Jesse Q. Sutanto, to hear about her hilarious novel, "Dial A for Aunties" and the upcoming sequel, "Four Aunties and a Wedding."
What do you get when you combine the pacing of a fast-moving mystery caper, the drama and humor of a classic rom-com, and the compelling poignancy of the best women’s fiction? One-of-a-kind escapist reads from author Jesse Q. Sutanto.
In Dial A for Aunties, Crazy Rich Asians meets Weekend at Bernie’s as young wedding photographer Meddy Chan enlists her meddlesome mother and aunts to help hide the dead body of her blind date while trying to pull off an opulent wedding for a billionaire client on the same day.
In Four Aunties and a Wedding, Meddy Chan and the aunties return fiercer than ever and ready to do anything to give Meddy the perfect wedding day—including taking on the mafia, kidnapping, and other entirely unacceptable wedding behavior.
