Interested in starting your genealogical research but do not know how to start? Join us as we provide an overview of Ancestry Library Edition, a free service available at St. Mary's County Library.
Ancestry is one of the most well known and most utilized genealogical databases. St. Mary’s County Library offers this service free to anyone in the Library, allowing individuals to perform their research. During this introductory class, we will offer answers and clarification, along with a tutorial of how to use Ancestry to research one’s own genealogy and family history.
