In the spirit of the County Fair, make your own paper carousel that really spins!

All materials provided. This event is intended for upper elementary aged children and tweens, and will include use of a hot glue gun. Due to library policies, children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult to participate. Please register each child participating.
