Join us to discuss a different cozy mystery on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Leonardtown Library. Be ready to talk about a genre that puts us all at ease while keeping us on our toes.

This month's discussion will be on Mrs. Plansky's Revenge, the first in Spencer Quinn's new Mrs. Plansky series.

Mrs. Loretta Plansky is still settling into her new Florida home. She's found herself recently widowed, retired, taking care of her elderly father, and fielding money requests from her children and grandchildren. She is startled awake one night by someone claiming to be her grandson Will begging for ten thousand dollars for an "emergency." Despite not getting a simply "thank you" for the last gift she sent weeks ago, she obliges. By sunrise, her life savings is gone. Law enforcement says trying to catch the scammers is hopeless, but Loretta refuses to be just another victim, channeling her humiliation into fury. In an instant, she has followed her only clue to a small village in Romania on a hunt for her money and her dignity back.
