The book is always better, right? Well, maybe. Let's discuss it and declare which version worked the best.

Each month we will watch a movie and also read the novel or short story it was based on. You can check out the book from any of our libraries or find it on Libby. Movies will be available on both Kanopy and DVD, to make it easy for you read and watch before we meet up.

September: Jurassic Park

October: Memento (short story can be found in the March 2001 edition of Esquire magazine and will be available at the front desk of Leonardtown Library upon request)

November: Death on the Nile (2022 movie can be found at multiple libraries and the 1978 version is accessible via Kanopy)
