Call us at 301-475-2846 to make an appointment to meet virtually with a Maryland Department of Labor job coach.

If you are thinking about a career change and you are concerned about age or generational differences, this program is for you. Maryland Department of Labor job coaches will meet with you one-on-one in a 45 minute virtual session through Google Meet.  They will discuss age discrimination in the workforce, the importance of technology and social media, and reasons not to discount yourself in the workforce. Appointments are available at 9:30 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 2:15 p.m. These meetings will be virtual. You will need a device and internet connection to participate.

When you call to register, we will ask for your name, phone number, email address, and the last four digits of your social security number. This information will be shared with the job coaches and they will email you a link to the Google Meet meeting.
