Join us virtually for #3 of our cooking and nutrition series! We will look at how sugar works in our bodies and ways to make things sweet before we make some desserts in honor of Valentine's Day!

Do you have an aspiring chef in your home? Or are you one yourself? Maybe your teen or a preteen is feeding themselves these days and is looking for healthy and quick menu ideas.

Once you are signed up we will send you an email with the recipes, ingredient and supply list, as well as, some infographics with nutrition information.  The Information in them will come in handy at the end of the program when we compete head to head for a prize in our “Not So Sweet Treats” Kahoot trivia challenge.

To participate in the Kahoot quiz, you will need both Zoom and the Kahoot website or mobile app open at the same time. Two devices are recommended for the best experience, but if only one device is available I will help walk you through before we play.
