Join us for a special presentation on recent archaeological projects in and around Southern Maryland.

This presentation will endeavor to present the basic concepts and methods of archaeology to the public.

Why do they dig square holes?
Why do they collect all the brick and shell?
Why do they use or ignore the metric system?
Why do they ignore Dinosaurs?
 
All these, and other burning questions will be answered!

Presented by Craig Lukezic, Cultural Resource Manager at Naval Air Station Patuxent River.
