Come learn more about the library's Cricut Maker and practice cutting adhesive vinyl to apply to wood signs.
This introductory, in-person class will cover how to use an electronic die-cutting machine called the Cricut Maker to make clean and precise cuts on adhesive vinyl and transfer that design onto a wooden sign board to take home with you. Participants will also learn the basics of Cricut Design Space, the software used to create endlessly customizable designs. No experience necessary, all materials provided.
After learning the basics, you'll be able to return to the Leonardtown Library Makerspace during open hours to use the Cricut on your own to create whatever you can imagine! Visit the Makerspace website to see open hours and learn about all it has to offer!
