May is Meditation Month and May 3rd is Garden Meditation Day! So join us in the beautiful Front Garden for an hour of breathing exercises, meditation, stretches, and mindfulness out in nature.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, or blanket. Sunblock is strongly recommended. Please register in order to receive a reminder e-mail. Walk-ins are welcome!
In the event of inclement weather, yoga and meditation will be held in Meeting Room 2.
