Get on-the-spot assistance to apply for health insurance through Maryland Health Connection!

Maryland Health Connection's Certified Navigators from Seedco will help you identify the plans that meet your needs and budget!

Open enrollment through Maryland Health Connection is November 1st through January 15th. During this time, Maryland residents, 65 and under, who are not enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, VA, or have an offer of employer sponsored health insurance may be eligible to apply.

Please bring the following information for each applicant:

  • Birth dates
  • Social Security Number or ITIN
  • Employer and income information
  • Citizenship or immigration information
  • Current enrollment identification
  • Photo ID

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments guarantee someone will be available to assist you at the event. Call Seedco at 855-339-3007 to set up an appointment or if you have any questions.
