Eager to start your spring planting?

Master Gardeners will teach you the proper methods for transplanting seedlings into the garden or containers, whether you winter sow them yourself in milk jugs, grow them indoors or buy from nurseries. A colorful presentation will be followed by a hands-on chance to transplant seedlings into pots you can take home.

This program is made possible with support from the Lexington Manor Passive Park Community Garden and the University of Maryland Extension Master Gardener and Master Naturalist programs. This workshop may qualify for continuing education hours for Master Gardeners and Master Naturalists.
