Growing up is a process!

This program is designed to help you understand what to expect when puberty starts and how your body will change. Expert Nurse Practitioners from St. Mary's County Health Department will talk strategies for managing your health through these changes and address common concerns.

While you're learning, keep your hands busy by crafting an easy-to-make period supply carrying case to take home.

With easy-to-follow advice and a supportive atmosphere, you’ll be ready for your first steps into adulthood!
