Representatives will be here to educate and assist those who are seeking low-cost or free health insurance options through Maryland Health Connection.

Seedco enrollment counselors will be available to educate and assist with Maryland Health Connection accounts.


If you need assistance, don't forget to bring these items:

  1. Birth dates for each household member applying for coverage
  2. Social Security numbers or document numbers for each household member applying for coverage
  3. Employer and income information for everyone in your household (including pay stubs or tax forms)
  4. Citizenship or immigration information for anyone applying for coverage
  5. Information about any job-related health insurance available to your household
